About Us
AR Serene is owned and managed by Albert and Pauline who are both Registered Nurses (RN’s) with over 9 years of nursing experience. They both graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with a Bachelor of Science in nursing; Pauline has since furthered her education and has a Master’s degree in nursing. The two nurses worked together and witnessed a gap in care upon discharge where some patients did not have a family to care for them after their discharge which led to stress and rehospitalization, “We wanted to bridge the gap and ensure continued quality care, prevent re-hospitalization, and assist older adults with their activities of daily living (ADL’s) so that they can live happily and stress-free in the comfort of their own homes” Albert.
“Having Registered Nurses oversee client care is critical because as seniors get older, they undergo physical changes which are a normal part of aging; it is important to ensure that clients are assessed regularly, care plans are updated as needed, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client” Pauline.
AR Serene believes in collaboration with the client’s family, doctors, nurses, and social workers to guarantee positive outcomes for the client.

Our caregivers are comprised of Certified Nurse Assistants, Medical Assistants, Personal Care Assistants, and Certified Home Health Aides.
All our caregivers go through a vetting process to ensure we only hire the very BEST! All Caregivers undergo a Criminal background check, employment history verification check, professional reference check, and verification of certificates.
All caregivers are Basic Life Support (BLS) certified so that they can respond to emergencies accordingly. Additionally, we have continuous learning education sessions through monthly in-services for up-to-date evidence-based information to ensure quality care for our clients.
